A weekend workshop where we explore aspects of the self that we may have neglected, shunned or relegated to a dark corner of our psyche. Using movement, breath, and sound, you will have the opportunity to heal and reintegrate components of the self that have been held back due to anger, shame, or denial. By connecting and accepting all aspects of ourselves, we can open to wholeness and possibilities, freeing up greater energy to be more fully present to life.
